How Do I Earn My Points?

Step 1
Pick up your Sooper Dooper Rewards card the next time you’re in the store and present it that very day when you shop. It’s ready to go!

Step 2
Fill out the enrollment form and drop it off at customer service, at your convenience, we’ll do the work to get you registered. If you would prefer, you can enroll yourself online.


Step 3
Show your card to the cashier (you can use your phone number if you don’t have your card) each time you shop. You’ll earn 1 point for every qualifying dollar that you spend in the store (certain items are excluded, such as alcohol and tobacco).

Absolutely Not! The Rewards Program is our way of thanking you for shopping with us. We will never have you, our valued customer pay for your own rewards.

Why Do You Ask for My Phone Number?
Two Reasons:
1. You may use your phone number as a backup to earn points if you forget your card.
2. If you have the key tag attached to you keys and your keys are lost (or just your card), someone can simply drop them in the mail and they will come to the store. In this event, we would call you to make arrangements to get them back to you.

What if I Forget My Card?
If you forget your card when shopping, you may give the cashier your phone number and points will be issued to your Rewards account. While you may use your phone number to earn points, for security reasons, you must have your card for redemptions.

What happens if I forget my card and the cashier did not ask for my phone number?
If this happens, you may go to customer service and points will be issued onto your account.

How do I Register Online?
Go www.sooperdooperday.com and click on the Rewards Card icon. From there you can choose to “Enroll Now.” Just follow the instructions! You’ll earn 70 Bonus Points!

Do I Need to Keep Track of My Points or Receipts?
NO! You do not have to keep your receipts, but you will see your current Points Balance displayed on your receipt each time you shop.

How Do I Check My Point Balance?
There are 3 ways to find out your point balance:
1. Online - www.sooperdooperday.com; click the Rewards Card
2. The bottom of your receipt every time you shop
3. Have customer Service or a cashier scan your card

How Do I Spend My Points?
You can redeem points for additional savings (over and above the regular weekly specials) in the store on a variety of different products. You don’t need to remind the cashier when you check out. If you have enough points and have picked up a qualifying item, the cashier will know to ask if you’d like to spend your points on the discounted item.

What If I Loose My Card?
Please see Customer Service for a replacement. They will transfer your existing point balance to the new card.

Should Everyone in My Household Get Their Own Card?
No. Your card is 3 key-tags. Give other members of your household one, so all of your points will go to the same account. Watch how fast they add up!

Will My Personal Information Be Sold?
Absolutely Not! The Rewards Program and your information is owned by Sooper Dooper and managed by Loyalty Lane Inc., with a very close working relationship between the two companies. None of the information you give us will EVER be sold, rented or shared by either company or its employees or associates.

If I Give My Email Address, Are You Going to Fill My In box?
No. When you initially enroll, we will send you a Welcome Email. After that, we will send one when we change the current Point Specials. (We don't like our inbox full of ads, we're not going to fill yours.) If you ever have any suggestions for things you may find of interest or of use to be included in the same email, please let us know.
